Difficult ....

Spent quite a bit of time with this one today... it's a painting/cutout I did a while back that would not scan well no matter what I did... The original background is also yellow and the hue/value was just too close to the sun , so I removed the background with the help of Photoshop and replaced it. The result is better... but not quite what I want. I'll have to keep messing with it...
I'm finding out that yellow is an exceedingly difficult color to work with.
