I can take no credit for this one. My daughter Erica did this picture for my mom for her 80th birthday party. When Neal, my oldest, was a little guy, he couldn't pronounce Grandma, and so called her "Dammer". The name stuck and now everyone in the family calls her Dammer, even the adults. As for the actual 1980's, I'm at a complete loss. I was knee deep in diapers and formula for a good part of it, and don't really remember much else about it.
